- Admit to the World Assembly on one of your puppets.
- The operation leader will post a region link. Click on the link and move to the region immediately.
- Endorse the other nations you see moving from Artificial Solar System. You can scroll down and look at the happenings or use the reports page to do this.
- Refresh the page once in awhile to check if the region has updated (the Last WA Update text will change to "seconds ago" and the delegate will likely have changed).
- If you became the delegate, click on the Admin button, click "Appoint New Officer...", click "Custom", select your nation and appoint yourself as a regional officer with Appearance and Embassies permissions.
- Resign from the World Assembly on that nation (switcher) and then admit to the WA on your next switcher.
- Repeat.
